We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our workers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Executive will interact with Helpster’s workers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.


Key Responsibilities

• Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls

• Handling Incoming and Outgoing WhatsApp, email, live chat

• Deliver professional customer service to all workers and respond promptly to worker inquiries and issues

• Record worker interactions and transactions

• Meet individual and overall Customer Service KPI

• Able to use formal style of communication


Key requirements: 

• Strong interest in working in a dynamic start-up company environment 

• Strong interest in working in a customer service and support environment 

• Customer oriented mindset 

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer support or call center role 

• Excellent communication, and customer interpersonal skills

 • Fluent in Bahasa with good English language skills

COMPENSATION: Full time salary based on experience
